What areas do you serve?
We cover Summit County and nearby communities, including Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper, Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Vail, and Eagle.
What are your hours? Do you offer emergency service?
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. We can often arrange after-hours or emergency service on a case-by-case basis, with additional charges.
How soon can you come out?
We typically respond within a few days, depending on call volume. When we can accommodate it, we also offer same-day service, with additional travel and service rates.
Do you install and remove equipment?
Yes. We service, install, and decommission all types of commercial refrigeration and cooking equipment.
Do you work on residential equipment?
For homes, we install and service mini-split systems and provide HVAC/R support. We also offer refrigeration recycling and haul-away for an additional cost.
Do you work on commercial kitchen appliances?
Absolutely. We repair ovens, fryers, griddles, smokers, and all types of commercial cooking and cooling equipment.
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes. We provide free estimates, and we share clear pricing once we understand what your job involves.
Are you licensed and certified?
Yes. We are licensed, insured, EPA 608 certified, N.A.T.E. certified, and a Manitowoc Ice Factory Authorized Service Agent.
